All artwork, designs, and illustrations must be submitted in CMYK format with a resolution of at least 300 DPI. affinitycustomboxes.com™ is not responsible for colour alterations during conversions from RGB to CMYK colour modes. affinitycustomboxes.com™ is not liable for photos that seem blurry, deformed, or pixilated owing to customer-provided artwork.
Users and buyers of our website must accept proof (whether an electronic file or a paper copy) of printing items. All print projects require client approval of the final artwork and job specification sheet. Once an order is placed, buyers will get final artwork proofs and a job specification document via email. Customers are responsible for reviewing all data contained in the specification sheet, including delivery dates and/or manufacturing speed, and ensuring that all customer requirements have been accurately captured. affinitycustomboxes.com™ is not responsible for any standards or demands beyond those listed in the final specification sheet. Unintended alterations might arise as a result of the various file preparation methods used.
What is revealed on the final proof indicates what will be printed. affinitycustomboxes.com™ suggests printing the proof to ensure accurate positioning, spelling, and design features. affinitycustomboxes.com™ is not liable for design or spelling errors that are not noticed by the customer and reported immediately. Following approval, the design file and job parameters will be given to the production department and printed as is.
affinitycustomboxes.com™ can not guarantee colour matching or ink density on customer-approved screen proofs. Screen proofs can forecast design layout, text correctness, picture proportion and placement, but not colour or density. affinitycustomboxes.com™ aims to match the gradient density of each colour in duo-tone. affinitycustomboxes.com™ does not guarantee the final look of a duo-tone unless the buyer requests a colour match proof. Furthermore, lamination can influence or distort the look of printed colours. affinitycustomboxes.com™ is not legally liable for the final colour appearance of laminated products.
Please be aware that the paper/card stock used for printing our items is not food grade. Any such need should be conveyed in writing promptly. If you have any special food grade paper stock requirements, please let us know before placing this purchase.

Graphics Positioning or Assignment, and Unfitting Font Usage.
Spelling, syntax, and punctuation errors
Wrong Die cuts, rips, or improper and omitted folds
Completed Product Dimensions
affinitycustomboxes.com™ strives to accurately duplicate colour from provided print-ready files. However, Affinity Custom Boxes cannot guarantee colour match and density because to printing process restrictions, varied printing surface qualities, and neighbouring image ink needs.
Colour reproductions are guaranteed to be 90% accurate to the final proof you authorised. Please keep in mind that Affinity Custom Boxes can only guarantee colour reproduction for your print-ready files if you request a hardcopy proof at an extra cost. Please keep in mind that Affinity Custom Boxes is not liable for colour differences between supplied print-ready photos and the actual artwork or product they represent.
You agree to indemnify and defend affinitycustomboxes.com™ and its content licensees, including their directors, officers, and employees, against any claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses related to (i) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic, or other.
In no event shall affinitycustomboxes.com or its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not affinitycustomboxes.com has been advised of the possibility of damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or failure to provide products.

When you submit your order, we will give you with an approximate delivery time. Delivery timelines are estimates that begin on the day you approve your order’s final specification sheet, not the day of order. Delivery timings are simply a guideline and are subject to order clearance.
Unless there are unusual circumstances, we make every attempt to fulfil your purchase within 06 to 07 business days of the day you placed it. Business days are Monday through Friday, except holidays.
Please note that we do not ship on Sundays.
The date of delivery may vary depending on carrier shipping procedures, destination location, manner of delivery, and products requested. Products may also be supplied in many shipments.
Because of the bespoke nature of our printing and packaging goods, as well as the other services we offer, you must keep us updated at affinitycustomboxes.com. We are unable to provide you with a refund or straight credit; nevertheless, we will investigate the problem thoroughly. Design services orders do not get direct refunds after they have been successfully placed.
Even though all orders are special and sales are fixed, if there is an error on our end, whether it is in printing or elsewhere, we will accept it. Then we commit to reproducing the exact faulty components. Furthermore, we provide an alternate option by providing store credit equivalent to the cost of the damaged items, demonstrating our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Customers must inform affinitycustomboxes.com™ within 3 business days of receiving their purchase if they detect any faults, damage, or missing items. affinitycustomboxes.com™ does not accept claims for faults, damage, or missing products beyond 3 business days of delivery.
To get replacement items, the client must return (at their own expense) at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of the original order delivery date. affinitycustomboxes.com™ requires written authorisation before accepting returns.
All payments for expedited printing (rush printing or shipping) will not be reimbursed, including orders that are returned for any reason.
Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments for visible evidence of damage or missing items (when compared to the items mentioned on the attached packaging slips or invoices) prior to accepting delivery. If any products are damaged or missing, consumers should tell affinitycustomboxes.com™ and the delivery courier right once. If a consumer does not register a claim for missing or damaged products within 3 business days of receiving the purchase, affinitycustomboxes.com™ will not be held accountable. affinitycustomboxes.com™ is not liable for third-party shipping mistakes, omissions, or damaged packages.
Each bought product is often sent with a few additional parts free of charge. Rare order shipments may have significantly less pieces than ordered. Printing trade regulations allow for 5% underage or overage. As a result, if a precise number is required, it is recommended that clients buy 10% more. Packages that must be reshipped due to a customer error in supplying the right mailing address will incur additional shipping and handling charges.

If the printing or shipping operations are delayed, rush charges or accelerate costs will be returned or waived as appropriate. Orders cannot be cancelled due to delays in the printing or delivery process.
